There's a choice of Standard or Fast delivery for UK addresses. Standard delivery is 3-5 working days and Fast is 1-2 working days. If you order a product before 2pm on a weekday, we will usually have it packed and sent out that day.

All our Fast delivery parcels are assigned a tracking number and this will be sent as part of your order shipping confirmation.

Please Note: Delivery timescales are estimations only and can be impacted by seasonal volumes and the distance to destination. For example further destinations such as some areas in Scotland and Wales can be subject to unforeseen logistical delays out of our control.
We pride ourselves in dispatching parcels rapidly, however once your parcel has left our warehouse the responsibility then lies with the courier to deliver on their promise.

Returns Form: If you cannot use our returns portal, you can return manually. To do this, please download, print and fill out our manual returns form which you can download here. Please include this form within your parcel and post to:

If arranging your own return, we recommend using a tracked service, please keep your tracking details, as we cannot accept liability for goods that are lost or damaged in transit to us.

Unfortunately we do not provide an exchange service. If you wish to exchange an online purchase, please place a new order for the required item/s and return the unwanted items for us to process a refund.

All of our Rydale items are quality checked prior to despatch however if your purchase has arrived damaged or faulty please contact our customer service team via our contact us page or calling 01377 337160 before returning to determine the best course of action.

We must receive your returns within 28 days of receipt of your original order, after this time your refund cannot be processed and the goods will be returned to you. If you are unable for any reason to return within this time, please contact our customer services team via our contact us page prior to posting.

Please Note: For any dog coats and/or dog jumpers purchased, we cannot accept a return if the item(s) are soiled, smell, or have attached dog hairs. If item(s) returned for a refund are not in 'as new' condition, they will not be accepted.

Returning one item from a 2-for offer voids the offer. If one item is returned, the offer will no longer apply, and the item you've kept will revert to full price. Upon receiving the returned item, a partial refund will be issued based on the revised pricing.

Holiday Returns: Any purchase made between 20th October and 24th December can be returned before 31st January, subject to our normal terms and conditions.

All items should be returned in, exactly as sold condition. These are inspected before a repair, replacement or refund is made.

For international customers, if your order is lost or damaged, we are unable to resend. Depending on the circumstances we will issue a full or partial refund instead and you may reorder.

You may pay by debit/credit card, through Paypal, Amazon Pay or Klarna. For those who want to pay directly by card, we use a secure 3rd party for credit and debit card processing.

If you choose to pay by card, you can rest assured that the safety of your details is guaranteed. Your details are transmitted over SSL with a 128bit encryption key length. The payment is processed once, in real time. We do not directly collect (or even see) your credit card data; instead we use our bank's credit card gateway, which will process your payment on our behalf.

If you have a discount code from a show or email, simply enter it at the checkout stage and the discount will apply.

Please note that postage is not discounted.

Most discount codes are valid for the duration of the year of issue.

Discount codes generally cannot be stacked with other discounts or promotional offers available.

Rydale is affordable because we design and develop our own products rather than reselling clothing from other brands. This means the designs, sourcing, and prices are totally up to us, which helps us provide practical country clothing without the premium price associated with many luxury countrywear labels.

Rydale is from East Yorkshire and remains based near the market town of Driffield. Our collections, from our jackets to our wellies, our dog jumpers and equestrian pieces, are designed by our in-house Yorkshire team, with inspiration taken from the surrounding countryside and rural way of life.

Rydale Country Clothing is part of YTC Ltd and remains owned and run by the Nichols family. The family business began in 1954, when John Nichols set out to create practical country and outdoor clothing. Now in its third generation, Rydale remains firmly based in Yorkshire and continues to focus on quality, reliability, and timeless country style.

Rydale sells country clothing, footwear and accessories for women, men, and children.
