Rydale Clothing is a country fashion trademark under YTC Ltd. We are a constantly evolving, retail focused operation with an ever-expanding range of clothing, footwear and accessories.
The right candidate will be proactive and orientated towards the retail aspect, with a skill in creative writing necessary for listing products across rydale.com, eBay, Amazon and TikTok Shop sales channels.
- Listing new products and maintaining existing on multiple platforms
- Writing creative product descriptions with very accurate details
- Photographing products and editing images in Photoshop (training can be provided)
- Liaising with design team for product information and delivery schedules
- Competitor research to best represent products in the marketplace
- Implementing promotional events across 3rd party sales channels
- Maintaining accurate records and job sheets to monitor and maximise sales
- Publishing blog posts, collection descriptions and customer reviews
- Website testing and feeding back to the development team
- Sourcing and preparing product samples from our warehouse
Responsibilities include:
- Computer literate
- Excellent attention to detail with good grammar and spelling
- Great time management and prioritisation
Essential Skills:
- Experience in Ecommerce
- Creative and influential writer
- Experience with photography and Photoshop
- Experience in Microsoft Office/Google Docs
- Awareness of good SEO practices
Desirable Skills:
Other duties will include occasional customer support tasks including answering telephone calls and replying to e-mails, resolving customer queries/problems in a polite manner.
