Growing Social Media Channels:
The right candidate will be confident and have the creative flair necessary to engage and grow a social following, driving brand awareness and ultimately website conversions. Rydale currently has a presence on Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, X, and Pinterest.
- Recommend, and implement social media campaigns
- Plan, set up and report on social paid advertising
- Create attractive video, photo and written social media content
- Analyse and regularly report on overall social media results
- Perform competitor research and keep up to date with the industry
- Build relations with brand ambassadors
- Respond to customer messages in a professional manner
- Be involved in other Rydale marketing activities
Essential Skills:
- Well-rounded general knowledge of marketing
- Specific knowledge and experience in social marketing
- Proactive and hands-on with creating content and posting it
- Comfortable reporting and analysing data to create actionable suggestions
- Excellent attention to detail, good grammar and spelling
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of Google Analytics
- Proficient in graphic design
- Proficient user of Google Sheets or Excel
- Creative and influential writer
