Returns Form: If you cannot use our returns portal, you can return manually. To do this, please download, print and fill out our manual returns form which you can download here. Please include this form within your parcel and post to:

If arranging your own return, we recommend using a tracked service, please keep your tracking details, as we cannot accept liability for goods that are lost or damaged in transit to us.

We do not provide an exchange service. If you wish to exchange an online purchase, please place a new order for the required item/s and return the unwanted items for us to process a refund.

All of our Rydale items are quality checked prior to despatch however if your purchase has arrived damaged or faulty please contact our customer service team via our contact us page or calling 01377 337160 before returning to determine the best course of action.

We must receive your returns within 28 days of receipt of your original order, after this time your refund cannot be processed and the goods will be returned to you. If you are unable for any reason to return within this time, please contact our customer services team via our contact us page prior to posting.

The goods must be returned unworn, unwashed with all labels and tags attached and in the original condition upon arrival with us. Items will not be accepted if they are returned in any other condition unless faulty.

Please Note: For any dog coats and/or dog jumpers purchased, we cannot accept a return if the item(s) are soiled, smell, or have attached dog hairs. If item(s) returned for a refund are not in 'as new' condition, they will not be accepted.>

Returning one item from a 2-for offer voids the offer. If one item is returned, the offer will no longer apply, and the item you've kept will revert to full price. Upon receiving the returned item, a partial refund will be issued based on the revised pricing.

Holiday Returns: Any purchase made between 20th October and 24th December can be returned before 31st January, subject to our normal terms and conditions.

All items should be returned in, exactly as sold condition. These are inspected before a repair, replacement or refund is made.

For international customers, if your order is lost or damaged, we are unable to resend. Depending on the circumstances we will issue a full or partial refund instead and you may reorder.

International customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return of their orders if they choose to cancel (Including EU customers within the 14-day cooling-off period) or otherwise return goods for reasons other than fault. If an item is deemed faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping in accordance with applicable consumer law. The returned item(s) must be sent via a tracked delivery service, and any refunds will only be actioned once the goods arrive back at our fulfilment centre.
