How long will you take to dispatch my order?

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2pm are usually packed and sent out the same day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders are dispatched on Mondays. At exceptionally busy times, Bank Holidays etc, please allow an extra day. If you need delivery quicker than that please call 01377 337160 before checking out so we can arrange a faster service.

What does delivery cost and how long will it take?

We offer two delivery options for UK shipping destinations – Standard or Fast (see below). Postage prices are the same for Northern Ireland.

In certain circumstances you may need something delivered more quickly than our Fast service, please contact us and we will endeavour to organise a special delivery.

I live outside the UK; what will delivery cost for me?

We ship to a wide range of destinations in Europe, America and beyond. These shipping prices are calculated on parcel size, weight and destination, and can vary quite a bit. How can I get a tracking number?

For Standard Delivery Heavy and both Fast shipping services, we will send you a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email if one is applicable. All of our services are sign for.

What if I need to cancel or change my order?

Because of our quick turnaround time, please check your order confirmation as soon as you receive it and email us immediately if you need to amend or cancel your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify your order, but we will do everything we can.

Please always check your order confirmation carefully anyway, to ensure you have ordered exactly what you intended to.
