This is a nice, warm, comfortable shirt - not enormously flattering, but then it is a work shirt. I ordered size 18, and the shirt is borderline tight across the bust. I think a size up would have been too big though, but I find it's generally hard to get sizes right if, like me, you're big busted. All in all it's a great shirt for working on a cold day, and it's easy enough to get another fleece jacket on over it if needs be.
