First time customer. Rydale ordering, returns and refund process professional and timely. Finally arrived at the size needed. Pleasantly surprised with quality and value for money. Purchased in April so looking forward to some inclement weather to test it out. On the basis of my customer experience and the product itself I do not hesitate in recommending Rydale.
Just received the jacket of which I am well pleased. Only reservation is that the specification stated a sturdy metal zip. The photos also showed this but my coat has a plastic one which is difficult to engage. Not sure this will last as long as my old jacket of 30 years + which has a metal zip which still functions well.
El abrigo se ve que es de buena calidad.Tiene un forro interior gordo , que para invierno viene muy bien.La única pega que le puedo poner es que la cremallera no es la misma que se ve en la foto, la de la foto es metálica y redonda, la que me ha llegado es de plástico y se ve que es de peor calidad.El envío a España fue súper rápido y cómodo. Sin duda volveré a comprar
