It has a soft mesh-lined interior, two lower pockets and a sleeve pocket to store some much-needed essentials. Each zip sports a bright cord toggle for an eye-catching finish. 

Zipping all the way up, it features a handy fold-away hood stored in the collar to help keep you dry and protected should the weather take a turn. Available in a range of subtle colours with contrasting trimming and subtle Rydale branding to finish.

Comfy and dry

I bought the Wold’s jacket on the entirely reasonable assumption that, as a British resident, I would at some point be rained on horizontally. Within minutes of putting it on, the weather obliged. First impressions: it looks reassuringly country, the colours are suitably understated—nothing here suggests I’m about to run a marathon. Performance-wise, it does exactly what it says on the tin, which in outdoor clothing is the highest praise available. It is properly waterproof and windproof. Rain...

Excellent coat

A lovely and very practical garment, that looks good in both town and country. It is a lightweight jacket but lends itself beautifully to layering so great for all seasons. Thoroughly recommended and I have had lots of comments about it.

Wolds Hiking Jacket

Complete waterproof and windproof as stated. I find that I remain cool and comfortable in this Jack as opposed to other jackets where I almost invariably become too hot. Smart and stylish, other people notice and I have had many complementary comments (that's a smart/cool jacket). Two friends have bought the same upon seeing mine and are very pleased with them and their performance in a variety of weather conditions and activities.
