Mens Summer Outfits
Whilst we’re all for creating a year-round wardrobe, we still like to add in a few seasonal pieces here and there. Most of these men’s summer outfits can be worn all year long, but we especially like to have them during the warmer months when we don’t have to layer up as much!
A short-sleeved checked shirt is the ultimate country gentleman's summertime item. With a relaxed fit and made from a soft poly-cotton blend, they’re ideal for smart casual occasions when it’s hot outside. Paired with jeans, chinos, or shorts, a short-sleeved shirt is so versatile and can be dressed up or down all summer long.
If you prefer a more casual look, a polo shirt worn with straight-leg, dark wash jeans will tick all the boxes. Stick with a neutral shade if you prefer or go bold with pattern or colour. Choose the colourways that best suit the rest of your wardrobe or opt for a pattern that stands out from the crowd.
When it comes to footwear, you have plenty of choices too. One of our favourite options for casual wear is a pair of deck shoes. Whilst they’re considered a casual type of shoe for men’s summer outfits, the leather material makes them feel and look more expensive and luxurious. They’re a classic design so you know they’ll last you years.
Alternatively, a pair of leather loafers is the next step towards a smart casual outfit. Many men wear loafers with a full suit, especially a tweed suit, for summer weddings and parties.
